The Correctional Officer Profile (People Skills) measures characteristics identified as critical for success on the job. It was developed through collaboration with a large state institution to identify characteristics that predict success on the job and improve retention of new staff. The scales chosen were identified in an extensive validation process and analysis. This new profile was very successful in meeting these objectives. Facilities may use the assessments as is or additional validation and customization may be requested based on your needs.
