THiNK 10

The testing literature shows that general intelligence is the best overall predictor of job performance. There are various cognitive and problem solving abilities that contribute to general intelligence. Moreover, jobs require a unique combination of these abilities for optimal success. The THiNK Cognitive Series consists of brief tests that measure unique problem solving skills that contribute to general intelligence. These tests can be mixed and matched to measure the unique cognitive abilities required of any job. They can also be combined with other behavioral scales to create a truly targeted cognitive and behavioral assessment solution.
