SkillSurvey is fast and easy-to-use. It takes less than a minute of your recruiter’s time to enter a candidate’s name and email and select a survey from the survey library. An automated email is sent to the candidate, asking them to add their professional references (former or current managers, co-workers, or direct reports) and asks them to sign a legal waiver. Once this step has been completed, the system sends the references an email with a link to the survey where they can provide confidential performance feedback. Once references have responded you’ll be able to access an easy-to-read candidate report that provides critical insights and can be used during the interview process.
